Danie Hoo offers a one-year commercial warranty on all jewelry, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Defects caused by accidents, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered. Customers can contact customer service for repairs or replacements, providing the purchase invoice. Beyond the warranty, the jewelry can be repaired for a fee after an expertise at the Workshop.
